The morning of June 16 sees the graduation ceremony at Volkswagen Anhui of the first batch of “Seed Engineers” jointly trained by HFU and Volkswagen Group China. Wu Chunmei, HFU President, attends the ceremony together with Mr. Jens Pfitzinger, Volkswagen Group Executive Vice-president and Dr. Gabardi, CEO of Volkswagen Anhui.
On behalf of HFU, Wu Chunmei extends congratulations to those students who completed their study and training and passed the assessment of the New Energy Vehicle Pilot Center, which marks the fruit of the pilot center project cooperated by HFU and Volkswagen Anhui, laying a foundation for Volkswagen College co-constructed by Hefei Economic Development Zone, HFU and Volkswagen Group China.
July 16 of 2021 witnessed the signing of the “Cooperation Framework Agreement between Volkswagen Anhui and HFU on the Field Engineer Qualification Training Project of the Model Center”. According to the Agreement, HFU selected 11 top senior students as the first batch into Volkswagen College and carried out a one-year multi-stage and multi-scenario corporate training for “Seed Engineers”, who would work in Volkswagen Anhui after graduation. Volkswagen College will build a new modern industrial college that integrates such functions as professional training, scientific research, technological innovation, corporate service and cooperative education. In order to further explore the training mode of high-quality applied professionals and balance the supply and demand of talent training, the College explores the integrated development of “three into one” of majors, employment and industry.
